*Loan documents are to be received within 10 business days from date of application to avoid delays*
From Applicant(s):
- Source of Income (i.e. pay stubs, last two years of federal income tax returns, social security award letter, pension letter, etc.)
- Mortgage Statement (if applicable)
- Itemized Contractor Proposal which includes material list or Scope of Work
- Copy of Deed
- If deed lists multiple owners, all parties must be present for the in-office loan closing
From Insurance Company:
- Insurance Binder listing Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union as lienholder/loss payee

Membership Required:
Application for membership to Pioneer Valley Credit Union is located online at www.pvcu.org under “Open Account” select eligibility through association: ACC_MA Chapter. Use your Debit/Credit card to fund $25 initial deposit with Primary Share Account and $0 deposit with Checking Account. Upon completion of membership, please let me know.
