**Loan documents are to be received within 10 business days from date of application to avoid delays**

- Proof of Income (i.e. pay stubs, federal income tax returns, social security award letter, pension letter, etc.)
From Dealer:
- Completed & signed purchase sales agreement listing Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union as the lienholder
- Completed REGISTRATION FORM listing Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union as the lienholder (code C01889) Address: 246 Brookdale Drive, Springfield MA 01104
- Copy of the front & back of vehicle title or copy of the certificate of origin
- Dealership may fax to 413-788-0018 or email to loans@pvcu.org
From Insurance Company:
- Insurance Binder listing Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union as lienholder/loss payee

Application for membership to Pioneer Valley Credit Union is located online at www.pvcu.org under “Open Account” select eligibility through association: ACC_MA Chapter. Use your Debit/Credit card to fund $25 initial deposit with Primary Share Account and $0 deposit with Checking Account. Upon completion of membership, please let me know.
