MassSave Heat Loan Document Checklist

Documents Required to Expedite Your Loan Application

**Loan documents are to be received within 10 business days from date of application to avoid delays**

From Applicant(s):

• Source of Income (i.e. pay stubs, last two years of federal income tax returns, social security award letter, pension letter, etc.)
• Signed Contractor Proposal
• Mass Save Intake Form 
• Mass Save Authorization Form- You can contact Mass Save HEAT Program at 1-866-527-7283 or www.masssave.com.

 All persons on the deed are required to be on the loan. Loans are granted on owner occupied primary residence.

From Insurance Company:

• Insurance Binder listing Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union as lienholder/loss payee

Membership Required:

Application for membership to Pioneer Valley Credit Union is located online at www.pvcu.org under “Open Account” select eligibility through association: ACC_MA Chapter. Use your Debit/Credit card to fund $25 initial deposit with Primary Share Account and $0 deposit with Checking Account.  Upon completion of membership, please let me know.
