Within the Meridian Link application, to utilize Eltropy, click
A new window will open, this is where you will be interfacing with the applicant. 
Click Text to begin texting the loan applicant

All conversations are recorded. It is best practice to follow scripts when speaking with members via text and maintain short conversations to meet character limits.
How to request documents:
Generate upload document link in Meridian Link
From the tree on the left click Letters/Docs
Under the letters and docs page at the bottom click Remote Doc Upload
A new web page will pop up, click Generate Link
The link will generate, click Copy to Clipboard
Send link to applicant via Eltorpy
Applicant will be able to upload the requested documents directly to the Meridian Link Document portal.
If you need to request additional documents you may use the Eltory document request for individual document request.
